Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients:
For the filling:
1 can Campbells cream of chicken
1 can Campbells cream of mushrooms
frozen peas and carrots rinsed and drained
2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
1 bisquick mix
Salt and pepper to taste
For the crust/topping:
bisquick mix, mix according to recipe for biscuits
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix cream of chicken, cream of mushrooms, peas and carrots and chicken together. Pour the chicken mixture in baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Mix Bisquick recipe for biscuits. Place on top of chicken mixture.
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet (to catch any drips) and bake in the preheated oven until biscuit topping is done.
Allow the chicken pot pie to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the comforting warmth and delicious flavors of this easy dish!
Note: You can customize the filling by adding other vegetables such as potatoes, mushrooms, or corn, and seasonings such as rosemary or parsley, according to your preference.
